О Некоторых Проблемах Взаимодействия Субъектов Правоохранительных Органов При Осуществлении Контроля За Соблюдением Налогового Законодательства

Abstract

Рассматривается необходимость совершенствования взаимодействия правоохранительных органов при выявлении и расследовании налоговых преступлений. Предлагается четко регламентировать совместную деятельность заинтересованных в выявлении, расследовании и предупреждении налоговых преступлений служб и ведомств, а также более детально урегулировать вопрос обмена информацией между взаимодействующими субъектами правоохранительных органов по целенаправленному поиску, накоплению, систематизации, анализу, использованию в установленном порядке информации о налоговых правонарушениях и обеспечению возмещения ущерба, причиненного государству неуплатой налогов.
