Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу работы международного проекта ТЕМПУС "IMPRESS" "Повышение эффективности студенческих служб" 530534-Tempus-1-2012-1-UK-Tempus-SMGR. Основной целью проекта является создание современных Центров поддержки студенческих служб в ведущих классических университетах Украины. Подробно раскрыто структуру учебного курса "Soft Skills", разработанного по современным международным академическими стандартами подготовки высококвалифицированных специалистов с высшим образованием. В рамках данного курса студенты получат знания и навыки, которые будут способствовать их полноценной адаптации как к обучению в вузе, так и в дальнейшей профессиональной деятельности, предоставление дополнительных преференций в трудоустройстве, сформируют умение самопрезентации, работы в команде, принятия решений, активизируют рефлексивные способности, разовьют критическое мышление.
