Abstract

Обоснована необходимость использования факторно целевого подхода к стратегическому управлению сельским хозяйством Казахстана. Автором проведено обоснование ФЦП и показано его применение при разработке краткосрочных прогнозов развития сельскохозяйственной отрасли республики.
