Abstract

В статье рассмотрены особенности оценки справедливой стоимости банковского бизнеса. Исследованы пре-имущества и недостатки использования традиционных подходов к оценке стоимости банковского бизнеса (доход-ного, затратного и сравнительного) и новейших методах оценки, которые в общем виде представляют собой син-тез традиционных методов оценки.
