Россия-Украина: Инновационное Развитие В Посткризисном Периоде

Abstract

Инновационное развитие мировой экономики – одно из важнейших и перспективных направлений, значимость которого возрастает в условиях глобального экономического кризиса. Одновременно это – важнейшая задача для России и Украины, сопряженная с необходимостью усиления (изменения) их позиций в системе международного – или регионального – разделения труда, в мировой торговле, и с потребностью трансформации, модернизации экономики в отраслевом или территориальном аспектах. Эта задача особенно остро стоит перед Россией и Украиной в посткризисный период и объективно требует усиления сотрудничества в инвестиционной и инновационной сферах. Это даст возможность им существенно ускорить развитие (или возрождение) инновационного направления в национальной экономике, повысить их динамизм и устойчивость, укрепить национальную экономическую безопасность.
