Abstract

Исследование FISTERA включало крупномасштабный онлайновый Дельфиопрос, в ходе которого были проанализированы взгляды более 500 экспертов на будущее технологий информационного общества в Европейском Союзе. Особое внимание уделялось оценке вклада указанных технологий в достижение европейских целей, установленных Лиссабонской декларацией. Одновременно рассматривались усилия по преодолению препятствий на этом пути, перспективные области научных исследований и возможности ЕС для успешного решения проблем.
