Abstract

В статье ставится вопрос о влиянии культуры (базовых ценностей, менталитета) на отношение к инновациям. Приводятся данные об инновационной активности России в сравнении с другими странами и результаты кросскультурных исследований связи культурных ценностей (по Ш. Шварцу) и отношения к инновациям в России и Канаде. Анализируются результаты исследований социально-психологической базы инноваций и инновационного климата в России. Предлагаются рекомендации по преодолению культурного и психологического барьеров на пути инновационного развития России.
