Abstract

По какому сценарию будет развиваться российская экономика в ближайшие три года? Сохранятся ли инвестиционная активность и уровень потребительского кредитования? Окрепнет ли рубль или его положение вновь пошатнется? Эти и многие другие вопросы постоянно волнуют россиян. Можно с большой долей уверенности сказать, что практически каждое значимое финансово-экономическое событие в стране или в мире является поводом для дискуссий. Как известно, среднесрочный прогноз российского правительства, охватывающий ближайшее десятилетие, никаких дефолтов не предусматривает, но любой кризис, а финансовый в особенности, может стать жестокой реальностью, нарушающей все планы.
