Abstract

Переход к современной инновационной модели экономики, продекларированный сегодня как ключевая задача развития России, невозможен без диверсификации форм и механизмов участия государства в инновационных процессах, которые в значительной степени зависят от уровня развития национальной экономики и научно-инновационной сферы. Государство должно подходить к решению этой проблемы системно: участвовать в финансировании проектов, формировании спроса на инновационные продукты, компенсации возникающих рисков.
