Abstract

В статье анализируются тенденции развития ИКТ в России на основе данных статистики информационного общества. Авторы рассматривают факторы развития ИКТ, затраты на этот вид технологий и результативность их использования. Наряду с положительными тенденциями, такими как появление новых форм оказания услуг и привнесение организационных инноваций в процессы производства, статья также освещает и проблемы, возникающие при использовании ИКТ на практике.
