Инновационный Потенциал Агентов Новой Экономики

Abstract

В условиях «новой экономики» важнейшими производственными ресурсами становятся информация и знания. Основное внимание в статье уделено работникам новой эпохи, которые заинтересованы в результатах своей деятельности, обладают способностью к самообучению, предпринимательскими навыками и принципиально новыми средствами труда, коммуникации и кооперации. Их важными чертами являются самостоятельность и стремление к независимости, которые нередко реализуются путем ухода во фриланс либо через открытие собственного малого бизнеса. Бизнесмены и фрилансеры, с одной стороны, имеют много общих черт, отличающих их от наемных работников, но, с другой стороны, между этими «инновационными» формами занятости существует и ряд серьезных различий, связанных с организацией трудового процесса, коммуникативными способностями и готовностью работать в команде.
