Оценка Влияния Экономического Кризиса На Российские Научные Организации

Abstract

Глобальный финансовый кризис в той или иной степени отразился на деятельности практически каждого субъекта российской экономики. При этом, если влияние кризиса на финансовую и производственную сферы с самого начала находилось под пристальным вниманием исследователей, то деятельность научных организаций в подобных условиях изучена в гораздо меньшей степени. В статье на основе итогов опроса руководителей оцениваются некоторые значимые аспекты воздействия экономического кризиса на функционирование научных организаций. Рассматриваются изменения в объемах выполнения исследований и разработок, структуре заказов, барьеры на пути кооперации науки и бизнеса, новые возможности развития научных организаций.
