Способы Совершения Подлогов Документовкак Основной Элемент Криминалистической Характеристики

Abstract

В статье определяются составы преступлений, характерные в первую очередь для интеллектуального подлога документов. Способы подготовки, совершения и сокрытия подлогов документов рассматриваются в общем контексте понятия «способ совершения преступления». В результате проведенного исследования авторы обосновывают вывод о том, что владение информацией о способе подлогов документов позволяет выдвигать обоснованные версии о субъекте расследуемого преступления, выбирать рациональную линию поведения при производстве следственных действий и оперативно-разыскных мероприятий и, как следствие, успешно выявлять и расследовать преступления, предусмотренные ст. 142, 1421, 233, 292, 2921, 303, 327 УК РФ
