Угроза Вероятности Банкротства: Прогнозы Финансового Будущего Коммерческой Организации

Abstract

Статья посвящена особенностям диагностики банкротства коммерческой организации в контексте адекватности использования западного инструментария диагностирования угрозы несостоятельности фирмы. Различные методики предсказания банкротства позволяют выявить различные виды кризисов. Именно поэтому оценки, получаемые с их помощью, нередко столь сильно различаются. Представлены варианты проведения процедуры диагностики в зависимости от целей управления. Определено соотношение между типами диагностик по спектру решаемых задач и проблем. Выявлено, что для целей принятия управленческих решений целесообразно определить методику и ключевые показатели, при достижении которых коммерческая организация с высокой степенью вероятности может потерять финансовую устойчивость.
