Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию влияния рынка на управление предприятиями в аграрном секторе экономики. В качестве инструментов, влияющих на производственно-хозяйственную деятельность, рассматриваются развитие инновационной инфраструктуры и информационное обеспечение деятельности сельскохозяйственных предприятий. На основе опыта функционирования обосновывается использование резервов управления производственной и коммерческой деятельностью. В статье анализируются последствия принимаемых управленческих решений и обосновывается, что основными носителями преобразований должны быть малые формы хозяйствования.
