Abstract

Рациональное управление пенсионным фондом (фондом денежных средств) определяется качеством финансового менеджмента пенсионных фондов. Его влияние на финансовую устойчивость во многом определяется спецификой деятельности пенсионных фондов, социальной направленностью, применяемыми инструментами управления и информационными технологиями. В статье особое внимание уделяется организации деятельности финансовых менеджеров пенсионных фондов, дается сравнительная характеристика работы финансовых менеджеров государственного Пенсионного фонда РФ и негосударственных пенсионных фондов.
