Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные принципы эффективного управления персоналом в медицинском учреждении. Определен интегральный показатель для оценки внутриучрежденческой эффективности управления лечебно-профилактических учреждений. Рассмотрены количественные и качественные показатели эффективности управления. Разработана шкала оценки эффективности внутриучрежденческого управления по величине интегрального показателя.
