Эмоциональная Составляющая Мотивации В Управленческих Процессах

Abstract

В статье рассматривается мотивирование как функция управления, которая тесно связана с эмоциональны­ми процессами, поскольку эмоции представляют собой динамический аспект мотивации. Положительные эмо­ции повышают мотивированность субъектов управления, а отрицательные выступают как демотиваторы и как факторы мобилизации ресурсов в трудных ситуациях. Экспрессия, с одной стороны, является средством воздей­ствия, а с другой показателем мотивированности управляемых субъектов. В статье представлены результаты исследования эмоциональных аспектов управления, которое выявило связь эмоций с профессиональной моти­вацией.
