Abstract

В настоящее время доля России в экспорте образовательных услуг в группе стран лидеров (таких как США, Великобритания, Германия, Франция, Австралия, Канада, Испания, Китай) на международном рынке образовательных услуг (свыше 100 тыс. иностранных студентов) не превышает 5%. Экспортный потенциал российской системы высшего образования используется не более чем на 25%. При формировании и реализации макроэкономической политики государства рекомендуется учитывать баланс преимуществ и недостатков участия российской высшей школы в Болонском процессе.
