Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы развития механизма управления предприятия в инновационной экономике, понятие инновационной экономики. Раскрывается понятие организации как системы и обоснована необходимость использования на предприятии системных подходов к управлению, постоянного совершенствования и развития механизмов и инструментов управления предприятием. Рассматриваются цели, направления, элементы и основные положения этих концепций, их положительные и отрицательные черты.
