Abstract

На основе концепции устойчивого развития автор обосновывает изменения системы квотирования, дотаций и льготного кредитования в системе государственного регулирования рыбной промышленности России. Для развития рыночных отношений предлагается концессионный механизм частно-государственного партнерства.
