Abstract

В представленной статье автор рассматривает корпоративное управление и Международные стандарты финансовой отчетности как взаимосвязанные элементы единой системы. Исследование принципов регулирования экономических отношений этими двумя подсистемами позволило выявить и доказать эту связь, а также обосновать положительное влияние дальнейшего развития практики корпоративного управления и международного учета на деятельность акционерных обществ.
