Воздействие Глобализации Мировой Экономики На Развитие Нового Качества Образования

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме развития нового качества образования в условиях глобализации мировой экономики. Автором рассмотрены формы международных образовательных и научных связей, обоснована необходимость деятельности вуза в соответствии с международными нормами с целью обеспечения высокого качества образования. Поставлен целый ряд проблем управления ресурсами, направленными в систему образования, повышения качества образования на основе не только внутренних, но и мировых критериев его оценки, модернизации кадров высшего образования, включая подготовку профессорско-преподавательского состава в соответствии с современным уровнем развития информационных технологий, необходимостью обеспечения гибкости процесса обучения, а также свободы индивидуума в выборе направлений обучения.
