Abstract

В статье рассматриваются некоторые проблемы формирования инновационной корпоративной культуры. Разработка нововведений напрямую зависит от раскрытия творческого потенциала работников и создания соответствующих условий для реализации их идей. Данный тип культуры еще мало изучен, но формирование инновационного типа культуры позволяет повысить не только экономическую, но и социальную эффективность производства.
