Институциональные Изменения Сферы Высшего Образования: Глобальный И Национальный Контексты

Abstract

В статье сфера высшего образования России рассматривается с позиций институционализма, т.е. как совокупность формальных и неформальных норм, подвергающихся изменениям в связи с развитием информационно-коммуникационных технологий и необходимостью подготовки специалистов для глобального рынка труда. Происходящие институциональные изменения сферы высшего образования рассматриваются с точки зрения контекста методологической категории, позволяющей менять ракурс видения исследуемого объекта. Выделено два контекстных уровня глобальный и национальный. Глобализация рассматривается как закономерный процесс развития общества на определенном уровне технологизации, характеризующийся переносом производства в развивающиеся страны и сохранением за развитыми странами статуса интеллектуальных центров. В глобальном контексте национальные изменения сферы высшего образования являются закономерными.
