Abstract

Электронная коммерция представляет собой новый, динамично развивающийся вид предпринимательской деятельности, который получил широкое распространение в последнее десятилетие. Отсутствие значимых исследований в области налогообложения субъектов электронной коммерции говорит об актуальности данной статьи. В статье проанализирован опыт ведущих, экономически развитых стран в области правового регулирования электронной коммерции (а именно опыт Соединенных Штатов Америки и стран Европейского Союза), предложена законодательная стратегия, которая способствовала бы интеграции электронной коммерции в глобальный и открытый рынок и восприятию характерных для такого рынка универсальных правил
