Трансформация Системы Управления Территориальным Строительным Комплексом

Abstract

В статье рассмотрена современная система управления строительным комплексом. Выявлены диспропорции между использованием производственных мощностей добывающих, перерабатывающих предприятий и производственными мощностями строительных организаций. Проанализированы факторы, препятствующие развитию строительного комплекса. Предложена усовершенствованная система управления территориальным строительным комплексом.
