Abstract

Рассматриваются вопросы регламентации труда управленческого персонала на примере предприятий строительной отрасли. Обоснованы результаты исследований в Пензенской области за период 2004 2007 гг. В качестве резервов повышения эффективности системы регламентации управленческих процессов рассмотрены создание благоприятной производственной среды, выбор рациональных методов работы, более широкое применение электронных средств связи.
