Содержание И Специфика Новых Технологических Укладов

Abstract

Предметом научного анализа являются экономические отношения, связанные со становлением и развитием новых технологических укладов, основанных на высоких технологиях информационных, когнитивных, нанои биотехнологиях. Цель работы раскрыть содержание и специфику новых технологических укладов, которые сформировались, интенсивно распространяются в развитых странах и начинают в той или иной степени осваиваться в нашей стране. Методология проведения данного исследования включала общенаучные методы и принципы, подходы, характерные для экономической теории. Результаты исследования показали, что основой новых технологических укладов является нарастающая NBIC-конвергенция, прямо или косвенно определяющая характер, способы и динамику современных социально-экономических процессов. Данное исследование может служить ориентиром для дальнейших научных поисков в этой области знаний, совершенствования стратегии экономического развития страны.
