Методические Особенности Выбора Товарной Стратегии Промышленного Предприятия

Abstract

Оценка альтернативных вариантов товарной стратегии должна стать интегральной частью процесса стратегического планирования, а не разовым событием, происходящим в конце процесса разработки товарной стратегии. Рассматриваемый в данной статье этап разработки товарной стратегии промышленного предприятия предполагает реализацию четырехступенчатой процедуры, которая включает оценку сбалансированности жизненных циклов товарно-рыночных комбинаций, входящих в перспективный набор промышленного предприятия; определение рода взаимодействия между товарно-рыночными комбинациями, оценку стратегической гибкости и синергии; комплексную оценку соответствия каждого потенциального варианта набора товарно-рыночных комбинаций ориентирам и контрольным показателям; оценку риска стратегической товарно-рыночной альтернативы.
