Abstract

Предметом исследования в статье являются атрибуты, объективно имманентные инновационной среде это устойчивые неэффективные институты, имеющие самоподдерживающий характер («институциональные ловушки»), и отсутствие или недостаток в институциональной системе формальных и неформальных институтов, взаимосвязей между ними (институциональный вакуум). Раскрываются их содержание, формы и способы преодоления, адаптированные к российским условиям, выявленные на основе использования общенаучных методов и методов институционального анализа. Результаты данного исследования могут служить базой для теоретических и прикладных разработок механизмов формирования эффективной инновационной среды.
