Последствия Провалов Государства

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются последствия фиаско государства по уровням хозяйствования (на глобальном, национальном, микроуровнях) и факторы, их определяющие. Особое внимание уделено особенностям российской экономики в разрезе реального и финансового секторов. Сделан вывод о возможной синхронности провалов государства и рынка, что позволило выделить факторы, определяющие допустимые границы взаимодействия государства и бизнеса. Предложены меры, нивелирующие «провалы государства», в их числе: развитие механизмов частногосударственного партнерства в экономическом и социальном блоках. Как следствие данных процессов поиск (импорт, моделирование) институциональных структур, нивелирующих отрицательные последствия.
