Государственная Семейная Политика: Историко-Социальные Основы Институционального Анализа

Abstract

В статье развитие социального института семьи в различных исторических периодах российского общества исследуется методом сравнительного и системного анализа в связи с трансформацией правовых институтов, обеспечивающих модернизацию институциональных основ отношений супружества, родительства, родства. В результате раскрывается сложная взаимосвязь институционализации семьи с интересами власти, общие и специфические черты отношения российского государства к семье, выявляется его зависимость от традиций культуры, ценностных ориентиров, задаваемых религиозными канонами или политической идеологий. Выводы социологической экспертизы трансформации семейного права, реализованной автором, необходимы для законотворчества, социальной работы, социологических исследований семейных отношений, педагогической практики. В целом социологическая методология анализа доказывает социальную природу правового регулирования семейных отношений, позволяет дать научную оценку государственным мероприятиям в отношении семьи.
