Бюджетные Инвестиции: Проблемы И Перспективы

Abstract

Предметом исследования в статье являются финансовые отношения, возникающие в процессе осуществления бюджетного инвестирования. Тема исследования бюджетные инвестиции, а также проблемы и перспективы их применении и развития. Целью работы является анализ теоретических и практических аспектов бюджетных инвестиций, их влияния на финансово-инвестиционные процессы в экономике России и разработка на этой основе научно обоснованных рекомендаций. В качестве методологической базы в статье использовались системный и комплексный подходы, диалектический метод познания, анализ и синтез, экономико-статистические методы. В итоге был выявлен ряд проблем, связанных с бюджетным инвестированием, и предложены варианты их решения. Результаты исследования могут применяться в дальнейших теоретических разработках проблем бюджетного инвестирования, работе органов государственной власти, а также учебном процессе при преподавании курсов « Финансы», «Бюджетное инвестирование».
