Совершенствование Институтов, Обеспечивающих Улучшение Соотношения «Инвестиции Инновации»

Abstract

В статье проанализирована деятельность институтов, обеспечивающих улучшение соотношения «инвестиции инновации», а также определены направления их совершенствования. Представлены методы и инструменты неоклассического и институционального направлений экономической науки. Реализация цели исследования потребовала рассмотрения эволюции институтов в различных формах: рекомбинации системных элементов, мутации, симбиоза. По мнению автора, данные формы эволюции могут обеспечивать улучшение соотношения «инвестиции инновации». Особое внимание уделено проблеме комплементарности институтов. В работе доказывается, что для построения эффективной национальной инновационной системы совершенно необходимым условием является соответствие отношений основных участников инновационного развития (власти, бизнеса и университетов) принципам тройной спирали.
