Финансовая Грамотность Населения Фактор Роста Национального Благосостояния

Abstract

В статье дано определение финансовой грамотности, исследуются ее основные элементы: установки, знания, практические навыки. Обоснована концепция финансовой грамотности, включающая знания базовых финансовых теорий, способность их использовать на практике, принимать экономически выгодные решения, способствующие улучшению личного финансового состояния. Исследована характеристика финансовых возможностей и компетенций: 1) управление бюджетом (ведение учета доходов и расходов, умение сберегать); 2) перспективное финансовое планирование; 3) рыночный выбор (сравнение предложений различных банков и стоимости различных финансовых продуктов перед принятием решения, знание о государственном страховании вкладов); 4) получение помощи (изучение возможностей и способов защиты прав потребителей). Представлен анализ эмпирических данных, выявляющий низкий уровень финансовой грамотности россиян. Рассматриваются механизмы повышения финансовой грамотности от нанодо мегауровня. Показана взаимосвязь финансовой грамотности и благосостояния населения.
