Управление Качеством Таможенных Услуг В Современных Условиях

Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрены факторы, оказывающие существенное влияние на качество таможенных услуг, выделены основные группы показателей качества комплекса таможенных услуг, а также определено несколько направлений улучшения качества таможенного обслуживания. В условиях развития внешней торговли, расширения сотрудничества с международными экономическими и финансовыми институтами появилась острая необходимость в освоении новых путей повышения качества и эффективности таможенного обслуживания в целях максимального содействия развитию внешнеторговой деятельности. От качества работы таможни и предприятий околотаможенной сферы напрямую зависит уровень участия страны в общемировой экономике, а значит, и инвестиционная привлекательность государства и всего региона в целом.
