Abstract

Романов В.Н. О НЕКОТОРЫХ ПРОБЛЕМАХ ПОЛИТАРНОСТИ В СИСТЕМНОЙ ТРАНСФОРМАЦИИ РОССИИ В предлагаемой статье рассматриваются основные причинно-следственные связи того, что идеи малого предпринимательства не приживаются в российском социуме. В обществе нет социальной базы и политической устойчивости, которые бы способствовали эволюции частной формы собственности. В настоящее политическое время страна находится в предреволюционной обстановке, способной в любую кризисную ситуацию войти в стадию коренного передела государственной собственности, которую присвоили ранее отдельные частные лица и социальные группы.
