Организационное Развитие Тнк В Условиях Глобализации Мирового Хозяйства

Abstract

Исследованы тенденции стратегического развития транснациональных корпораций в условиях глобализации на основе сравнительного анализа деятельности ведущий компаний. Выявлены факторы и условия, оказывающие влияние на повышение уровня конкурентоспособности и устойчивости промышленных корпораций. На основе анализа динамики роста числа транснациональных корпораций и их дочерних компаний определены показатели их развития (внутренний оборот, общий объем продаж, количество работников). Обоснованы возможности ключевых элементов реализации эффективной бизнес-стратегии организационного развития ТНК: постоянное обновление продуктов (услуг) и бизнес-процессов, концентрация ресурсов компании на приоритетных направлениях (научные разработки и маркетинг), оперативность реагирования на требования рынка, развитие внутренних и внешних сетей.
