Abstract

Статья посвящена процессу становления корпоративного образования в России. Автор отмечает неразрывный характер процесса развития корпораций и корпоративного образования. Хотя в России всегда существовал «свой путь», но с переходом к рыночной экономике ведущие российские предприятия стали активно использовать мировой опыт в области подготовки кадров. Автор делает вывод, что конкурентное преимущество, полученное при использовании корпоративных университетов для обучения сотрудников, стало одним из факторов, позволивших ведущим российским компаниям, таким как «Газпром», «Лукойл», «Норильский никель», стать транснациональными корпорациями.
