Abstract

В статье анализируется связь между объемами партий запуска изделий на промышленных предприятиях и уровнем запасов незавершенного производства. Автором предлагается рассматривать время переналадки оборудования как фактор, влияющий на объемы незавершенного производства. Статья содержит теоретический расчет эффекта от сокращения времени переналадки оборудования. Проведена группировка факторов сокращения времени переналадки оборудования и даны статистические результаты исследования, в которых отражено влияние каждого из факторов. Приведен алгоритм действий по оптимизации процесса переналадки оборудования. Автором выведена формула расчета снижения уровня запасов в результате сокращения времени переналадки оборудования.
