Abstract

Реформа местного самоуправления, начатая в соответствии с Законом № 131-Федеральный закон «Об общих принципах организации местного самоуправления в РФ», подразумевает под собой реформу общественных отношений. Местное самоуправление находится на стыке между общественными отношениями, экономикой и социальным сектором. В условиях становления российской экономики после затяжного кризиса ведутся поиски новых технологий социально-экономической поддержки интересов населения территорий муниципальных образований. В статье рассмотрены некоторые возможные пути решения этих проблем.
