Институциональные Преобразования Российской Экономики: Задачи И Промежуточные Итоги

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются институциональные преобразования российской экономики. Посредством данных государственной статистики артикулируются факторы, которые демонстрируют сложившиеся процессы воспроизводства российских научных кадров. Продемонстрирована интеракция между уровнем развития производительных сил и интеллектуальным капиталом, что позволило прийти к логичному выводу о последовательном реанимировании отечественного производства, повышении уровня производительных сил, диверсификации экономики с выделением приоритетных для устойчивого экономического развития отраслей и воссоздании российского сегмента высокотехнологичной сферы.
