Развитие Механизма Взаимодействия Тнк И Национальных Экономических Систем В Современных Условиях

Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению общеметодологического подхода к классификации форм взаимодействия. Представлена авторская схема, где выделено четыре критерия классификации форм взаимодействия: структурно-сетевые отражения, иерархическая форма взаимодействия, степень проявления взаимодействия сторон и форма взаимодействия согласованных действий. Выделена специфика сетевого подхода взаимодействия, определены такие компонентные элементы, как субъект объект. При рассмотрении иерархической формы взаимодействия выявлены особенности вертикальной, горизонтальной и матричной форм. Кооперативное взаимодействие представлено на конкретном примере компании «Фольксваген» с компаниями российского производства.
