Abstract

На основе неопубликованных ранее архивных материалов РГАЭ была рассмотрена деятельность Российской экспортной палаты и выявлена инициатива ее руководителей в 1918 г по созданию первой советской торговой палаты Российской палаты по внешней торговле. Это предложение не было принято большевиками, но сравнительный анализ уставов и примеров практической деятельности показал схожесть подходов при организации Российской экспортной палаты (1910 1918 гг.) и первых советских торговых палат (1921 1931 гг.).
