Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу основных направлений и роли государственной лесной политики в стимулировании рационального использования лесных ресурсов. Дана характеристика содержания государственной лесной политики, ее целей и задач, рассмотрены основы лесного законодательства, выявлены основные причины неэффективности действующей системы платности лесных ресурсов и обозначены пути ее реформирования.
