Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные составляющие технологических укладов. Предметом исследования являются экономические отношения, возникающие в процессе государственного регулирования технико-экономического развития, объектом национальная экономика, целью обоснование возможности разработки системы государственного регулирования технико-экономического развития. Выделяются принципы, учет которых необходим для разработки комплексной долгосрочной государственной политики по стимулированию технико-экономического развития: ригидность и эволюционность способов производства технических знаний и технологий; процесс становления научного рынка и формирования товарного характера производства научных знаний; воздействие развития науки на экономическое развитие и трансформацию окружающей среды.
