Система Факторов, Влияющих На Создание Сети Представительств Сельскохозяйственных Потребительских Кредитных Кооперативов

Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрена классификация факторов, влияющих на пространственное развитие кредитной кооперации на селе с позиции современной теории экономических механизмов. Автор подробно описывает значимость влияния каждого фактора внешней и внутренней среды, а также их взаимосвязи между собой. На основе данной классификации разработана методика сценарного прогнозирования посредством схемы-алгоритма создания и дальнейшего развития сети представительств сельскохозяйственных потребительских кредитных кооперативов (СПКК). Теоретическая значимость этой методики заключается в том, что на ее основе разрабатываются и обосновываются методические рекомендации по построению прогнозных сценариев перспективного развития СПКК первого уровня.
