Системные Показатели Развития Человеческого Потенциала

Abstract

Разрабатываются методологические основы исследования человеческого потенциала, выявляются тенденции его развития концепций, уточняются его количественные и качественные структурные компоненты. В статье представляется универсальная система показателей социально-экономической оценки человеческого потенциала: 1) количественные (оценка социально-демографического потенциала населения); 2) качественные (оценка социально-экономического, физического, социально-культурного, деятельностного человеческого потенциала населения). Доказывается, что деятельностный человеческий потенциал имеет следующие специфические компоненты социально-экономической оценки: 1) уровень деловых качеств, социально-мотивационной энергии населения; 2) возможности населения реализовывать свои способности среда деловой активности акторов труда (демократизация, экономическая культура, уровень развития гражданского общества).
