Abstract

В статье представлены результаты исследования проблем развития российского профессионального образования в условиях вступления во Всемирную торговую организацию. Показаны наиболее перспективные направления модернизации российских образовательных учреждений, сопряженные с реформированием национальной экономической системы. Особый акцент делается на решении проблем профессионального образования на региональном уровне. На основе изменения взаимоотношений работодателей и образовательных учреждений представлен алгоритм формирования профессиональных компетенций для начального, среднего и высшего профессионального образования. Рассматриваются возможности использования западного опыта профориентационной работы и обеспечения трудовой социализации, внедрения современных технологий образовательного менеджмента в рамках концепции экономики, основанной на знаниях.
